Respecting the dignity of each person, St. Vincent de Paul Georgia brings hope and help to those in need so they may find stability and move toward self-sufficiency.

In a spirit of justice and charity, the Saint Brigid Saint Vincent de Paul ministry is an organization of men and women who seek to be totally present and bring Christ’s love to those who are suffering.  Respecting the dignity of each person, our ministry provides hope and help to those in need so they may find stability and move toward self-sufficiency.  Financial assistance, food, advice, and prayerful consideration to those in need, and funded by donations of our parishioners.   We offer person-to-person assistance in a way that promotes human dignity and integrity while deepening our own Spirituality.

We welcome all that are interested in joining us in this important work to come to our meetings held every:

  • 1st Saturday of each month at 8:00 AM and every

The Georgia Society of St. Vincent de Paul Georgia is the statewide network of over 5,000 volunteers and a small professional staff that provides coordinated assistance to people in need throughout the state since 1903.  We operate out of 72 local chapters called Conferences, 4 Family Support Centers, 40 Food Pantries, 13 Thrift Stores, and 1 Conference Support Center united by the goal of preventing homelessness, fighting hunger, and changing lives.  SVdP Georgia is a champion of hope for Georgia’s most vulnerable populations.

Each local conference is usually associated with a Catholic parish and is organized to serve the needs of its particular community.  It is the primary means by which volunteers serve those in need through home visits, food pantries, and thrift stores.
