Youth and Children’s Choir – First Grade through High School
Sunday Rehearsals 10:00 – 10: 45 a.m. – Sunday 9:00 a.m. Mass Monthly January to May
The Saint Brigid Youth and Children’s Choir provides an enriching musical experience and teaches young people the importance of singing the Mass. It provides an opportunity for Children’s Choir singers who would like to continue singing after Christmas as well as those who have “graduated” from Children’s Choir. Students will learn music reading skills and various styles of sacred music, including chant. The Youth and Children’s Choir sings Sunday Mass once or twice a month, beginning in January and ending with Mother’s Day, including the 9:00 a.m. Mass on Easter Sunday.
Youth and Children’s Choir is open to singers in First through Twelfth Grades. To register, contact Mrs. Charisse Excell, Director. A fillable Registration Form is available below. The Saint Brigid Choir Room (Room 140) is located down the Day School hallway across from the elevator.
